"My business was growing and getting increasingly dis-organised. I was struggling to control my admin and losing clients in the process. Michelle literally saved the day. She created a back office for my admin. Complete with an area for my freelance team to register the hours they'd worked. All my contracts and invoices go through Michelle and they look so much more professional. Most initial email enquiries go through Virtual Miss Friday and they get logged in a back office area with details of the status (awaiting call/ follow up/ not interested) I can then amend the status, as required. It means that clients don't drop off the radar and at the very least, they join my marketing database.
